Jeff Zeitlin has been involved in development, building, and Real Estate for over thirty years.

 

He is currently a partner in Martin Construction Company, and the managing partner of Nashville Urban Living Partners LLC.

 

He was a partner with his father, Martin Zeitlin, in Zeitlin Group and Zeitlin Custom Builders.

 

Jeff Zeitlin has been involved with and managed several real estate developments and has built over five hundred homes in Middle Tennessee.

 

Jeff Zeitlin was one of the original NAHB Certified Master Builders and a founding member of the Certified Builder Program of HBAMT.

 

Jeff Zeitlin has been a pioneer in the green development and construction long before there was a "green build" movement. He worked with Dow and Owens Corning in the early 80’s to help develop “Approaching Zero Energy Homes”. He was the first in Nashville to have computer-integrated technology built into homes. Jeff Zeitlin is consider a leader and an innovator in the building industry.
